Provide Documentation
Submit clear photographs of the timber components or hardware in their original packaging to help our team assess the condition of the items.
Arrange Collection
Once approved, we will coordinate with our specialized freight partners to schedule a pickup of the flat-packed studio or shed from your property.
Quality Inspection & Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned timber for integrity, we will process your full refund or dispatch your replacement unit within 5-7 business days.
